(I usually hide this side of me, posing as a "serious professional who has more important things to do than slave in the kitchen" ;-), but I have been described as a "lazy healthy gourmet cook" when I bothered enough and occassionally I even dabbled in hobby cheese making - trying to make goat cheese and famous Polish sheep cheese oscypki...and got rave reviews ;-)))). But if you wanted to say "good luck, Minerva" it would be " powodzenia, Minerwo!" (no, "Minerwo" is not a typo, Polish grammar often requires changes in words in declination and conjugation). Short, sweet, easy to pronounce (lol) and without all those strange Polish characters.;-) Lol, zooms, thanks a bunch. I am touched!
